White Glass Charts
The chart is formed by metal film on the Neoceram N-11 or Nextreamer, color is white, and it’s applicable for calibration, positioning measurement and pattern evaluations with the use of reflected light. User can select specular or non-specular (mat finish) type. Coefficient thermal expansion is 1.3 x 10-6. Material film is mainly formed by double layers consists of chrome and chrome oxide, and the color is golden brown or deep navy blue. We can supply high precision chart made by a professional method. Chart size is up to 430 x 430 mm, and minimum size feature is 2 μm.
Photographic Paper Charts
Printing Paper Charts
Photographic paper, which is a photographic-sensitized material, features high resolution in comparison to offset printing. Despite having a thin paper base, this paper is capable of ladder patterns of as low as 50 µm. Printing paper charts are produced by copying an original sheet, but if precise positional accuracy is required, use of a glass original is recommended. For cases in which these are to be used as charts for photography, we offer products in which printing paper is affixed to an aluminum composite plate.
