Reflective Type Charts

White Glass Chart

White Glass Charts
This product is created by forming a metal film pattern on a white glass substrate (Neoceram N-11 or Nextreamer), and is suitable for calibration, positioning measurements, and pattern evaluations using reflected light. Users can select either a specular or a non-specular (matte finish) type. The coefficient of thermal expansion is 1.3 x 10-6. The metal film is mainly composed of a double-layer film of chrome and chrome oxide, and is golden brown or deep navy blue in color. We can supply high precision chart made using professional methods. The chart size is up to 430 x 430 mm, with a minimum feature size of 2 um.

Film Chart with White Backside

This product is a film chart with a white sheet attached to the back to make it reflective. It offers the same accuracy as a transparent film chart and has the advantage of being available in larger sizes.

White PET Film Chart

This chart features a high-precision black pattern drawn on a white, flexible PET material. It offers superior durability compared to photographic paper (paper-based) charts. It is also capable of forming fine patterns, such as achieving a ladder pattern with a minimum resolution of 20um. The maximum size is A3, and the thickness of PET can be selected from 125um, 188um, etc. For photography use, we offer a product bonded to an aluminum composite plate.

Photographic Paper Chart

Photographic Paper Charts
Photographic paper, a photographic-sensitized material, features high resolution in comparison to offset printing. Despite its thin paper base, this paper is capable of expressing ladder patterns as small as 50 um. Photographic paper charts are produced by copying from a film master, but when precise positional accuracy is required, the use of a glass master is recommended. For photography use, we offer a product in which the photographic paper is affixed to an aluminum composite plate.

Aluminum Substrate Chart

This is a test chart with a black precision pattern formed on an aluminum substrate. Metal charts are suitable for applications that require durability in harsh environments, such as outdoor exposure, abrasion resistance, and temperature resistance. Unlike glass, they do not pose a risk of breaking, making them easy to handle. The substrate surface is finely matte-treated to prevent camera reflections.
The patterned area is created using a photomask as the master plate, enabling patterning with high positional accuracy. As with charts made from other substrates, patterns can be created in any design, not just regular ones.

Case of Fine Patterns

This is a chart of an aluminum substrate with a thickness of 0.8 mm, which enables fine patterning. It is also used in aviation, marine, and other fields.
The specifications for products using this board are as follows:
[Standard]
Size: up to 508 x 305 mm
Thickness: 0.8 mm
[Special Order]
Size: up to 508 x 610 mm
Thickness: 0.08 to 3.2 mm

Case of High Flatness

This is a reflective chart with a highly flat surface, made of a substrate with a precisely polished finish. The product in the image is made from a substrate with a thickness of 5mm. We can also make other thicknesses and large size products. The thickness must be 2mm or more.
We also handle metal products other than aluminum. For other metal products, please click below.
