Thin Film Coating Processing
We provide coatings with various metal films, including chrome films, and dielectric multilayer films, such as anti-reflection films. These can also be patterned. In addition, we support film formation based on specified transmittance/reflectance.
Example of production using Metal Multilayer Film
This is a reflective glass chart patterned with navy blue and silver metal films. Although this example has a mirror finish, it is also possible to create a custom product with a matte finish that suppresses reflected light.
Example of production using Metal Single Layer Film
This is an aluminum mirror made by vacuum-depositing aluminum (Al) onto glass.
It is also possible to create mirrors with vapor-deposited gold or silver, which provide excellent reflectance over a wide range of light wavelengths.
