Thin Film Coating
We provide coatings of various metal films, including chrome, as well as dielectric multilayer films, such as anti-reflection coatings. These films can also be patterned. In addition, we offer film deposition processes customized to meet specific transmission and reflection requirements.
Example of production using Metal Multilayer Film
This is a reflective glass chart patterned with navy blue and silver metal films. While this example features a mirror finish, custom products with a matte finish that reduce reflected light can also be created.
Example of production using Metal Single-layer Film
This is an aluminum (Al) mirror created by vacuum-depositing aluminum onto glass. It is also possible to create mirrors by depositing gold or silver, which offer excellent reflectivity across a wide range of light wavelengths.
Example of production using Dielectric Multi-layer Film
